Structure of Scooter Tires
Tread

Sidewall
The sidewall is the part of the tire that connects the tread to the bead. It provides structural support to the tire and protects it from damage. The sidewall also contains important information about the tire, such as the size, load capacity, speed rating, and manufacturer's name. Some tires may have additional features on the sidewall, such as reflective strips for increased visibility at night.
The sidewall is made of a flexible rubber compound that can withstand the stresses and strains of riding. It is designed to be durable yet flexible enough to absorb shocks and vibrations from the road. The thickness and strength of the sidewall can vary depending on the type of tire and its intended use.
Bead
The bead is the part of the tire that fits onto the rim of the wheel. It is made of a strong wire or metal band that is coated with rubber. The bead provides a secure fit between the tire and the rim, ensuring that the tire stays in place during riding. The bead also helps to seal the air inside the tire, preventing leaks.
There are two types of beads commonly used in scooter tires: wire beads and foldable beads. Wire beads are stronger and more durable, but they are also heavier and less flexible. Foldable beads, on the other hand, are lighter and more flexible, making them easier to install and transport. However, they may not be as strong as wire beads and may not be suitable for heavy-duty use.
Inner Liner
The inner liner is a thin layer of rubber that lines the inside of the tire. It provides an airtight seal and prevents air from leaking out of the tire. The inner liner is made of a special rubber compound that is resistant to punctures and leaks. Belt or Ply
